openstack overcloud image upload - should support updating specific image

hen using the command 'openstack overcloud image upload' it tries to upload or update all images including overcloud_full and ironic images.

The command should enable uploading or updating a specific image like ironic images update only

When running the command on ironic images only I got the following:

(undercloud) [stack@undercloud-0 ~]$ openstack overcloud image upload --image-path ./osp12_images/
Required file "./osp12_images/overcloud-full.qcow2" does not exist.

No, I think this is not needed anymore,
It looks like there is no real business value in this scenario
