Bug Description

show that periodic jobs fail to create images due to a conflicting python-cffi package
python2-cffi obsoletes python-cffi but only for versions <=1.4.2 and we have 1.6 installed

Issue identified, RHEL7.3/4 has updated python-cffi to 1.6.x while RDO ships python2-cffi 1.5.x. (which provides both versioned/unversioned python-cffi) Since python-bcrypt pulls python2-cffi, it pulls the older one. Hence the conflict.
I fixed python-bcrypt, should land soon in our repo.
