Bug Description
As far as I can tell there are no validations for the containerized compute deployment.
This should include
1. some validations executed on the undercloud to ensure container registry services are available
2. some post deployment validation to ensure the expected containers are running on the compute node.
Looking for feedback and help with regards to this feature.
