Reloading page logs user out

Bug Description

During development, on each recompile, the user is logged out of the session. The token is still present in document.cookie. Happens every time.

This is really annoying as I have to log in on each code change.

It has something to do with onEnted in routes in index.js, this does not happen on DeploymentPlan route

    Constrain cookies to the root path

    Setting the cookie on the "/" path will make the token available on all pages of
    the web application. This fixes the bug where you had to log in every time the
    page was reloaded.
