We don't have this functionality in Quickstart and it was recently implemented in tripleo-ci, we need to implement it as well.

The problem that is making this feature difficult to implement in quickstart is that it depends on the number and type of nodes.
We choose to base the CI configuration on the feature set not on the nodes. So we have no information on the number and type of nodes before deploying.
To implement this we need a generic framework to create configuration based on the informations we pass to the deployment, then eventually add these configurations to the deploy cli.
