Bug Description
We added the undercloud job to CI for tripleo-ui a while ago. However it turns out it's not building the project to include the patch being tested, but only building tripleo-ui from master (see e.g. http://
This is causing a lot of issues for tripleo-ui because patches that break us (e.g. due to new unpackaged dependencies) merge, and only then will CI start failing for every single patch.

Delorean build does not find tripleo-ui dir in $TRIPLEO_ROOT and clones it from repo.
That dir should have been filled by devstack gate with the proper ref.
Investigating why the dir with the change is not where it's supposed to be
