NeutronMechanismDrivers: linuxbridge doesn't work

[Getter]

My tripleo test environment version is newton/stable,
I have set NeutronMechanismDrivers: 'linuxbridge' at network-environment.yaml,
But after deployed, neutron ml2 driver still using openvswitch, not linuxbridge.

In ml2_conf.ini, can see mechanism_drivers change to linuxbridge,
but there is no config file linuxbridge_agent.ini, only have openvswitch_agent.ini.

type cmd "rpm -qa | grep 'openstack-neutron'" on overcloud-controller,
no package openstack-neutron-linuxbridge have installed.

Hi Getter, LinuxBridge driver is currently not supported by TripleO. I set "Wishlist" for this bug, as it would be a new feature in TripleO.

    Add support for linuxbridge agent

    Currently TripleO does not support LinuxBridge driver, setting
    NeutronMechanismDrivers to linuxbridge will not force ml2 plugin
    to use linuxbridge.

    This commit adds new environment file which replaces default ovs
    agent with linuxbridge on Compute and Controller nodes.
