Deployemnt parameters take too long to update

Bug Description
This is very similar to bug 1642216. If you change any of the deployment parameters and save, when you open the dialog again you still see the old value. You have to wait about a minute and then suddenly the display updates and you see the value you saved.
1. Open the deployment properties dialog
2. Change the CephStorageCount, for example (I pick this example because it's close to the top of the dialog and easily visible when you open the dialog).
3. Save the changes
4. Open the deployment properties dialog again
=> You see the old value. If you don't touch anything and just wait, the display will suddenly update.
