Bug Description

Make the NOTIFY actions also go away when a user clicks on them, instead of having to click the "X" to close the box. Depending on the dimensions of the browser window, the process of navigating to the "X" to close the dialogue in order to close another element behind it (when pulling up Role properties, for example), is cumbersome.

Is this referring to the Toast Notifications in the upper right? If not, would you mind attaching a screenshot of what you are referring to?

What if user wants to copy text from the message? It would get dismissed...

@Dan - I think Jirka makes a good point. Something else I want to talk about is what really makes sense to be a toast notification. I think the site is overusing these making them super annoying since the user is having to dismiss a lot of them. In my opinion, it would be nice to be able to roll certain things up and say "Could not connect to x, x, and x." as one notification. Not sure hoe feasible it is, but I think it would take away from the annoyance of having to dismiss them all individually.
