Nodes should update on deployment when repos are configured

Bug Description

If you deploy with repos configured (either by adding them to the image, deploy artifacts or or by registering to a satellite server), we should yum update on the initial deployment so the nodes are updated, but I don't think we set UpdateIdentifier on deployment so this won't happen.

Possibly this is just a docs thing showing that you need to set UpdateIdentifer on initial deployment.
