Redis 3.2.4 with our current configuration of Redis in TripleO doesn't work and break CI.

Reason: No we need the socket file for HA. This needs to be fixed in packaging

/var/run/redis automatic creation was removed from redis package 3.2.4.

New package with revert is now in testing at

http://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=13831
