delete plan hangs until you navigate away

Bug Description
When deleting a plan using the GUI - it displays a progress bar in the plans table showing that the plan is being deleted. It hangs and never updates and the user can wait forever for it. If you navigate away from the plans page and then return to it the plan is finally gone. You never get the message "plan was successfully deleted"...

I cannot reproduce this, it works for me using the current stable/newton and master branches, as well as the latest (Oct 31) downstream rhosp10 puddle. I tested using both chrome and firefox. The success message is shown as soon as the request is complete.
Can you give more info under which circumstances you encounter this bug?
