Create validation to check for existence of introspection images

A validation should exist to check for the existence of introspection images, provided by the rhosp-director-images package. If introspection images do not exist, then the Nodes will fail introspection, as they won't be able to download images to run introspection.

Images can be confirmed to exist by examining the contents of:

openstack image list
glance image-list

...and confirming that the bm-deploy-kernel and bm-deploy-ramdisk images exist.

Don't you mean "deployment images" instead of "introspection images"?

    - validation checks whether required deployment images are available
    - it takes place before deployment - if required images do not exist,
      overcloud could not be deployed
