openstack overcloud update stack is broken

This command is looking for overcloud-without-mergepy.yaml which has been removed. Updating it to overcloud.yaml wont be enough as the overcloud.yaml is now generated from the jinja2 template.

This is somewhat related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1614928 - the difference being that this is about a breaking in the existing command and 1614928 is about updating the command to be powered by Mistral and be available to the UI.

Marking this as a duplicate. I thought it might be easier to do a workaround to fix the command for now, rather than moving it to Mistral for Newton. However, that is making good progress - so I think at this point it is better to join forces and move forward here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1614928

Removed the duplicate. The Mistral migration is more complicated than first glance, and requires more time. Fix forthcoming for this bug.

    Downloads templates from swift before processing update

    There is an issue with update that the templates files need
    to be downloaded before being sent to heat. This solves the issue
    on the update side.
