Bug Description

Periodic jobs that fail have postci logs almost empty.

An error is shown:

2016-09-21 08:01:18.000 | + ./..//tripleo-ci/scripts/common_functions.sh:postci:L178: sudo --preserve-env /opt/stack/new/tripleo-ci/scripts/get_host_info.sh
2016-09-21 08:01:18.000 | sudo: invalid option -- '-'

2016-09-21 08:01:18.000 | usage: sudo -e [-AknS] [-r role] [-t type] [-C fd] [-D level] [-g

apparently the version of sudo on the host does not support the --preserve-env long option
