Comment 6 for bug 1625783

Ack, further testing today confirms the finding from comment #5 so I've been working on a refined version of the proposed fix for bug #1624727 which should fix both bugs.

Basically we're going to have to work around this by downloading the rendered templates inside tripleoclient to a temporary directory, then rewriting the user provided environment.

Not ideal, but the only workable short term solution (during ocata we need to discuss refining the interfaces here to reduce the client-side workarounds).
