Bug Description

Mistral action error is determined by it's response state. GUI needs to handle it.

Can we get more info on this bug? Response from Mistral might not necessarily bug an error or it might, but GUI needs to determine that?

From jpichon: This merged before we connected tripleo-ui's Gerrit to the tripleo Launchpad, should be ok in the future but we might have to update Launchpad manually for the patches that merged/were submitted before that
