Bug Description
The galera package: galera.x86_64 0:25.3.12-2.el7 is causing galera to fail in an HA overcloud update. This is due to the fact the epel installs galera.x86_64 0:25.3.12-2.el7 which is causing the error highlighted here: https:/
This bug will likely appear in master deployments soon unless dib is specifically excluding this package.
