CI: current-tripleo repo contains broken cinder and volume creation fails

Bug Description

we have current tripleo repo[1] pointing to old repository[2] which contains broken cinder[3] with volumes type bug[4] That breaks all our CI jobs which can not create pingtest stack, because current-tripleo is the main repo that is used in jobs[5]
