"Power State" does not update when Node introspection begins

Bug Description
When Nodes are Registered in the UI and one or more nodes is selected, clicking "Introspect Nodes" begins the introspection process. The Introspection process changes the Power State of the node according to Ironic (via 'ironic node-list'), but this state change is not reflected in the UI.
Clicking on the "Deployment Plan" tab, and then back on the "Nodes" tab, displays the current Power State of the node according to what 'ironic node-list' displays.
This might not be limited to just the Power State; other Node properties may not be updated based on the current state according to Ironic.
