CI down on chicken-and-egg patch unable to merge because of puppet-lint job

Bug Description
We wanted to sync-merge two chicken-and-egg patches (puppet-tripleo + t-h-t).
The first one merged fine but the 2nd one hit a problem with puppet-lint job, and reverify failed too. We seem to hit the exact right few minute interval to make this happen...

All we need to do to fix this is to `reverify` the patch once puppet lint job is operational again. Reverting the 1st patch will not help because the revert wouldn't pass CI either if the lint job is really broken.
