Bug Description

Example failed job: http://logs.openstack.org/28/347228/1/check/gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-nonha-multinode-nv/048ce5a/

Looks like puppet thinks the hostname is centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288.local when it is actually centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288

/etc/hosts from the undercloud shows:

127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
127.0.1.1 centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 centos-7-2-node-ovh-bhs1-2919288

Perhaps that is getting misconfigured somehow?
