For the last few hours tripleo ci jobs are failing while attempting to pip install ansible==2.0.0.2

As I see it, every night nodepool runs a script to to create an image for a jenkins slave , this it the script

we need to ensure both libffi-devel and openssl-devel are installed before the python-venv stuff happens on this line http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack-infra/project-config/tree/nodepool/scripts/prepare_node.sh#n222
that can happen either in puppet or the .sh scripts

Or so we think.

Yes it fixed the issue to bootstrap the jenkins slave, now we have it when deploying delorean. I'm on it.
