Bug Description
As of the afternoon on March 1st we are now seeing this when trying to upload images to glance in the undercloud:
500 Internal Server Error: Failed to upload image 07fe5c23-
---
This seems to be the cause of all periodic job failures.

This was caused by glance attempting to use keystone V3 client to access V2 URL. Fixed in https:/
