Bug Description

Seeing CI failures today due to the following:

The question I have is why is this even running. We haven't even enable monitoring in our CI yet!?

fedorapeople.org had a temporary outage earlier today, it is back to normal now.
But I'm not sure why this temp repo ended up in production, it was really meant to be just a testing location for https://trello.com/c/X9dJ0iTQ/110-monitoring-packaging

osops-tools-monitoring-oschecks is now available in RDO testing repo:
buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-liberty/
