Bug Description
If the default behavior is left in place, IPv6 autoconfiguration and accept_ra settings allow Neutron tenant routes to be installed onto compute node qbr- bridge interfaces. This results in extraneous default routes on the compute node pointing to the Neutron routers.
To fix this issue, a patch is needed to turn off IPv6 by default on unconfigured ports, and to set accept_ra and ipv6 autoconfiguration to be off by default. When interfaces are configured for use with IPv6, those interfaces can have IPv6 enabled explicitly.

Hello, sorry for the delay on this one.
The target for the issue in the RH bugzilla is openstack- tripleo- heat-templates. This does not seem to be related to symfony (PHP web framework), but to some openstack component.
I am moving it to tripleo, in the hopes it will be triaged there. However, this may be already fixed given the external bug and the age of the report.
