no shell prompt when break=before-install is set before running devtest.sh

Bug Description

If prior to starting a devtest.sh run for tripleo, the following is done:

export break=before-install
and then devtest.sh --trash-my-machine is run, when the expected break point arrives there is no shell prompt available. The theory is that devtest.sh has redirected stdout to a pipe.

Agreed on the theory. I think it would make the most sense for diskimage-builder to try and find the controlling TTY to run the shell on rather than just trusting stdout. That is a pretty standard thing to do for interactive debuggers.

This bug was reported against an old version of TripleO, and may no longer be valid.

Since it was reported before the start of the liberty cycle (and our oldest stable
branch is stable/liberty), I'm marking this incomplete.

Please reopen this (change the status from incomplete) if the bug is still valid
on a current supported (stable/liberty, stable/mitaka or trunk) version of TripleO,
thanks!
