Register Nodes workflow is unclear

Bug Description
When the user selects to register a node, they are taken away from the deployment plan page and dropped into the Nodes page. They should really remain on the deployment plan page so that the workflow isn't broken.
As they go to assign nodes, they should be presented with a modal that follows the latest wireframes:
