Same validation results are displayed for all plans

Bug Description
When switching between the different plans, the validation results still show the same results as for the previous plan. They should display the validations that ran/passed/failed for the plan that is currently selected.

When a Deployment Plan is deleted, the validation results associated with the deleted Deployment Plan are still displayed. Even with no Deployment Plan loaded, past validation results are still displayed.
