Register nodes is not being refreshed when the upload is canceled

Bug Description
Steps:
Register nodes by uploading json file then cancel.
Click on register nodes again.
Actual Result:
The information of previously uploaded file is still there.
Expected:
Previously uploaded node details are dropped. the form doesn't include any nodes details.
