Introspection failing on mitaka due to missing `local_gb`

When performing introspection of baremetal, the step will fail with:

+ openstack baremetal configure boot
+ openstack baremetal introspection bulk start

Dimitry has looked at the Ramdisk logs and believes it looks very similar to the previously reported BZ issue.

The images I used are dated:
