Bug Description
This action is currently a no-op, as it just retrieves the plan then updates the data locally, it's not persisted in swift or even returned in the result.
Fortunately I think it's only used in one workbook but it would be good to fix so we can reuse this action to set the deploy status for later consumption e.g via the UI, and avoid future confusion around this action.
