Bug Description

OvsPmdCoreList parameter is not computed correctly for below scenarios.
1) When DPDK nic is associated to NUMA node 0.
2) When cores count is mentioned as same for all NUMA nodes.

    This change is to compute DPDK derive parameter OvsPmdCoreList
