Bug Description

This is essentially the missing bit of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tripleo/+spec/ironic-driver-composition. We need a way to specify *_interface fields.

    Allow setting *_interface fields via instackenv.json

    This is required to fully use the power of the new-style drivers, but
    was missing when support for hardware types was originally introduced.
