Comment 2 for bug 1798745

Hi baisen, I am using Tricircle master version. Because Heat only works in 1 region at a time, when I delete a stack, only nova instances are deleted. Ports are different, they are in Central region, so Heat can not delete them.

After I delete ports manually in Central region, Heat can delete that stack successfully.

So I think the procedure should be changed to delete ports in Central region first if port's ids exist. If they don't exist in Central region, try to delete in local region.

What do you think about it. Thank in advance.
