Bug Description

In the enhance-xjob-reliability.rst, there are some grammar errors and unnecessary characters.

the enhance-xjob-reliability.rst is here:

1. first grammar error:
in line 122, "it just consumes RPC messages, register jobs then put job items in the job queue. ".
"register" should be "registers", "put" should be "puts".

2. second grammar error:
in line 113. "Loop Worker retrieves job entries from the job queue then start to run it. "
"start" should be "starts".

3. unnecessary characters:
in line 104, there are two unnecessary characters "|" at the end of line.

    Fix the grammar errors reported in the doc

    1. What is the problem
    In the enhance-xjob-reliability.rst, there are some
    grammar errors and unnecessary characters. They are
    reported as a bug(please see it at the bottom).

    2. What is the solution for the problem
    Correct the grammar errors and remove the unnecessary
    characters.

    3. What the features need to be implemented to the Tricircle to
    realize the solution
    None.
