RegisterXWayMapping should throw exceptions if the types being mapped have no properties

Bug Description

Currently transmute will happily register a mapping between value types and other types that have no properties to map. Exceptions should be thrown as these are most commonly misuses of the interface, and can cause hard-to-track down bugs such as unexpected nulls or empty objects always being created
