Bug Description
Transmission ignores content on other harddisks both on external and things mounted as such if that harddisk is not already active, in for instance nautilus, it results in that transmission thinks there is no local content yet and would set all downloads to 0% complete...
(current workaround is to verify local content... but that takes a while if you have lots of big files...)
note that the external HD are already plugged in, they just aren't active yet...
(for instance if you have a windows partition like: /media/shared or an external hard disk /media/
