Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

Admins of the provider's trecker told me that the client did not give a command or gave it incorrectly: "download is finished" or "the program is shut down", or... I don't even know what does it do there. But the downloaded data are displayed on the server as the ones that are being downloaded (the client does not show this) and verifying local data create the imaginary downloads . And the client does not allow the other theckers to download because of the message "Error of the tracker: "You can download maximum 3 torrents". And all these trackers are busy with the imaginary downloads. The problem of the incorrectly sent information appeared in the 1.82-1.83 (10040). It did not exist before. Thank you beforehand!

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and to make Ubuntu better.

This is either upstream bug <http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/2888> or <http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/2889> but it's hard to tell which one from this description. However since both are fixed in trunk and milestoned for next week's 1.90 release, either one works fine for launchpad's bookkeeping. :)

Transmission-gtk 1.83+ (10203)

The problem of the incorrectly sent information,
if not mistaken, there is basically on a torrent where the set of files
(20) downloaded a few (1-3).
