Number of transactions recovering should not display any count

Bug Description
This is a simpler fix than what is described in bug 1409928. Currently the number of recovering transactions always displays zero. The message should be changed to remove the erroneous count (which is always 0) and simply state that transactions are being recovered.

Fix for bug 1409933 removing transaction count
The 0 transactions recovering message was not an
accurate count, removing it and instead having it
continue to print the # of SQ processes.
Will come up with a recovering count in a future release.
