Bug Description
Currently, AppUnicodeType setting can only be set in [ODBC] section of TRAFDSN or odbc.ini, or by environment variable. this way it is global. affect all applications use same driver. we need make it in DSN level, so every applications that use same driver can be either unicode or not.
