Bug Description
The contents of the <nickname> tag in each <bug> exported always takes the form "elisa-$bugno". A nickname prefix should either be configurable or a command line option, resulting in nicknames of the form "$prefix-$bugno". Not setting it should be an error, or should result in no nicknames being generated, perhaps with a warning.
