function of single and double click reversed under left hand mouse config

I use left hand mouse, touchpad and touch screen in ubuntu 15.10, Acer Aspire V11 Touch V3-111P-C0T9.

Every time I restart my notebook, there are half of the change that the functions of taping with one and two fingers reverses, ie, one tap refers to a secondary click(menu), only clicking with two fingers refer to a primary click(the main button).

whereas the temporarily fix is to change ubuntu left and right hand mouse setting and the indicator configs repeatedly until it works properly.
