Bug Description
Lenovo Thinkpad E555 running Ubuntu 14.10. Cannot get the touchpad to recognize the correct configuration for the device. It is a synaptic touchpad in the box; however, the OS is not picking it up correctly. Cannot get touchpad to turn off while typing either.
