Bug Description
At present the touchpad indicator doesn't allow any delay interval below 1 second, to enable touchpad after typing. I think that's a little too much. I think it'd feel natural to have the touchpad enabled, as long as you finish typing and reach for it. I reckon this would be less that 1 second, maybe 500ms.
I suggest you let the software accept delay time in ms, rather than in seconds. It'd still make sense to limit anything lower than, say, 300 or 400ms.

I want to support this request. 1 seconds feels just a little bit too long.
Do you consider it sensible to change seconds into milliseconds? I assume that most people set their delay close to one second which could also be perfectly matched using milliseconds. Or do people really set a delay of > 3 seconds?
