Wont get enable when unplug my External mouse

Bug Description

Hi am using ubuntu 12.04 and have installed touchpad-indicator. I use more of external usb mouse. since my touchpad disturbs alot while typing. I have enabled the "Disable toupad when mouse plugged" and also Autostart . I have set a shortcut as clt+alt+m. When i unplug my mouse,touchpad has to get enabled,but its not happening and also shortcut wont work too. After installing this it has become like i have use a mouse. Pls help me here.

Please, run following command in a terminal:

touchpad-indicator -l

it generates a file called device_list.txt, attach here.

shortcut wont work also in ubuntu 13.04
