user interface sometimes gets stuck when "unlocking" screen

Bug Description
When I "unlock" the screen (turning the screen on and swiping from the left edge of the screen) the user interface gets stuck (see attached screenshot). The screen won't turn off after several minutes and the phone won't power down using the power button unless I press it for more than 10 seconds.
I can still access the phone normally using adb, and top reports that init has a cpu usage of 100%. When rebooting the device (with adb reboot or using the power button) everything is normal again.
It seems that this occurs without following a pattern; however, this didn't happen more often than twice a day yet.
Which logfiles could I attach to provide more information about this crash? I copied the complete /var/log directory with adb a few minutes after the crash to make sure I have all the logfiles without lots of other entries.
My device is a Nexus 4, the channel is saucy and the build number is r101
