No power dialog on power button lonpress

Bug Description

There's no UI to switch the device off. It's either turn the screen off by short pressing the power button on the device, or a hard power off by long pressing the power button.

Holding power button for 2 seconds is not a hard power off (that would be about 15 seconds). I believe it just turns the screen off instantly, and then proceeds to shutdown in the background. Atleast, I've always assumed this to be the reason I can't turn the phone back on for about 10-20 seconds after (because it's actually still on, shutting down).

So, it does shutdown, but it's obviously missing a shutting down splash screen or a confirmation screen.

I think this bug is already closed because we have a power dialog on power button longpress now.
I'll wait for replies of objection for 3 days and then I'll close this bug.
