Bug Description
(On cdimage-touch)
echo "Europe/Berlin" | sudo tee /etc/timezone
sudo dpkg-reconfigure --frontend noninteractive tzdata
results in having e.g. 5:00 PM @Top Bar and 3:00 @Clock App (current location)
(now on Ubuntu Saucy Salamander (development branch) - armhf (20130905.1) @mako)
e.g. 3:00 PM @Top Bar and 5:00 @Clock App
