Bug Description
My phone carrier is "Orange" (re-branded EE in the UK but often seen as Orange).
The System Settings app shows "Cellular: Aubergine". Looks like someone has done a s/Orange/

The current operator can be retrieved via oFono's NetworkRegistration interface. Install 'ofono-scripts' and take a look at 'list-modems', or 'get-operators' for examples.
